Burlington, KS

Operator ($16.00 – $16.75)

Injection molding operators will monitor machine production, perform product quality inspection checks, trim the product, identify and label products as instructed by the work instructions, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Rotational Molding Trimmer, Operator, or Floater ($15.00- $17.75/hr.)

Rotational Molding Trimmer will trim, assemble, and package products according to work order instructions.

Rotational Molding Operator will load and unload molds and raw materials, follow bill of material, monitor machine performance and identify issues, stage powder, and inspect finished products for defects.

Rotational Molding Floater will perform all functions within the plastics facility, including but not limited to Rotational Molding Trimmer, Operator, Materials Processor, and CNC Operator.

Finish/Repair ($19.00- $19.75/hr.)

Finish and Repair will identify quality issues, repair quality defects with pneumatic power tools, such as a buffer, press, sander, and drill, and assemble the parts produced for final inspection.

Assembler ($15.00 – $15.75)

Rotational molding assemblers will trim, assemble, sort and pack molded products by adhering to work instructions, setup sheets, and bills of material. Assemblers will also inspect for product defects and complete first piece inspection paperwork.
